Happy to take your money in exchange for a faulty car but after sending a letter and not receiving a response I called them only to be told in so many words tough luck. Asked for their response in writing and didn't receive anything either. Would recommend you do not purchase a car from here. Our car had untold stored faults on the vehicle when the RAC came to rescue us, had to spend over £1k trying to resolve the issue. Wasn't even cleaned or valeted when we picked it up.
